Galeria Krakowska

Galeria Krakowska is a big shopping mall just next to both Krakow Central Train Station (Krakow Glowny) and Bus Station (Dworzec autobusowy). As per its location you are sure not to miss it if you fancy a bit of shopping!

It is a three-floor shopping center with a big Carrefour supermarket and a variety of shops, from clothing, music, jewelleries, chocolate shops, HI-FI and electronics, luxury brands, perfumery, fast food brands, pet shops...

Picture above is located in the center of the mall, on the first floor and you have all kind of fast food, pizzeria, cafeterias, places for coffee or "normal" restaurants. Maybe not the most attractive place to eat but convenient if you have a train or a bus to catch for example.

This is one of the most popular meeting point due to its central location and is convenient as you have direct access to the train station from the Mall by a tunnel. The station has been renovated in 2014 so the display of the station and the surroundings of Galeria Krakowska is much more modern (and cleaner! ).

Pictures here were taken before Christmas time and the whole Shopping Center is decorated with a lot of taste and is all shiny and gold. Worth seeing is the gigantic Christmas Tree they put inside the mall (unfortunately was not yet there when I took the pictures so go and see by yourself!

This is just a mall so need to expand about it for hours, especially with the marvellous places Krakow has to offer, but good to know you have this place opened daily if you need it.
