➡️ What you get:

  • Comfortable double bed (can be converted into two singles or bunk beds);
  • Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and all utensils;
  • Two bathrooms: one private service bathroom for tenants and one shared bathroom mainly used by owners;
  • High-speed internet included;
  • Electricity and water included (mindful usage);
  • Elevator in building;
  • Sharp Aquos Smart TV with streaming apps like YouTube and RTP Play (no cable/satellite TV);
  • Close to public transport — 10 minutes from Carcavelos train station, bus stops at the door;
  • Nearby shops, pharmacies, and schools.

➡️ Important details:

  • Rent: €300 per person per month;
  • Deposit: 1 month rent (refundable if all conditions met);
  • Minimum stay: 8 months (ideal for academic year);
  • No smoking allowed inside the house;
