Hello everyone, I hope that you are all doing just fine!

Today I want to tell you about those stuff that they have in Dunkin’ Donuts nowadays in  Tbilisi and the time we spent there today, I mean, we went there spontaneously and it was just great. Well, to be honest, I wasn’t really going to go there, however, the idea was really good and when they told me to come, I couldn’t really say no to them, I guess, because it’s been quite some time since I last went to Dunkin’ Donuts, and, well, I had already heard, that they had some good offers there, so that we all went there after our lectures. Well, we were not “all” in that manner of saying, however, there were four of us and it was pretty enough. Of course, it would’ve been better, if more people had come, however, they had some other things to do, I guess, so that it was just us there preparing to eat some good stuff, because as one of our friends said, there was this breakfast offer with croissant with ham and cheese and Americano coffee and it would be just perfect for that time. And one of the reasons, why it would be good was, that I hadn’t eaten anything in the morning as breakfast or whatever, so that I was kind of hungry after those lectures, so that I wanted something to eat and when they told me, that they were going to eat at Dunkin’ Donuts,I was kind of happy to eat there. Well, to tell you the truth, I was kind of going to be on a diet from that day, but the offer was pretty exciting and I could just eat less that day, right?! So that, I went with my friends.

Dunkin’ Donuts is almost everywhere in Tbilisi , so that it’s really easy to find them anywhere. It’s like, they are on every corner. And, you may be surprised, how many people there are, I mean, there are always so many people in every Dunkin’ Donuts, that it’s pretty clear, why there are so many Dunkin’ Donuts in Tbilisi. And it’s really important, that there’s a free wi-fi in every Dunkin’ Donuts and people go there because of that, too, and they also have lunch there or whatever and they talk to each other or they study or read or something like that. It’s really nice sitting there and the environment is pretty good, too, if you want to know the truth. However, the prices are not very low, if you ask me. Though, they are kind of reasonable, I mean, maybe you won’t eat there every day, but, it’s possible to be there from time to time. Even if you want to have some coffee, you will have to pay some real stuff, so that you can have a good coffee, if you ask me. And for me, this good coffee is a coffee with some great flavors, such as hazelnut or something like that. You know, it’s always been my favourite _ that hazelnut flavor or the hazelnut, in general, however, every time I go there to Dunkin’ Donuts and ask them, they never have that flavor, or, I guess, there was this time once, when they had it, I don’t really remember it correctly. But, still, it’s like one thing, that I want to have in my coffee and they don’t have one! That’s pretty disappointing, of course, if you want to know the truth.

Anyways, this time we went there for this breakfast offer, which was until 12 o’clock, I mean, the noon, and, well, we were already free from the lectures at 11 o’clock, so that it was a pretty good time for this breakfast time and we could all eat that tasty croissant with ham and cheese, which our friend told us was very delicious and we should all try it.so that we went there. It was just nearby that building, where we had those lectures, so that it was not a problem to walk there, although it was pretty cold outside and it was like freezing wind or something like that and everything outside was frozen and there was this thing, where they wash the cars and everything there was just frozen with the water all over it and it was kind of beautiful to see everything frozen like that, I guess. However, it was really dangerous to walk there, because you may not see the ice at once and you may have fallen there until you noticed that ice and it would be too late for noticing it, of course.

Well, finally we were there in Dunkin’ Donuts, and we looked around and there seemed to be no places to sit, I mean, every place was occupied by some people and , although there were some 4-person tables occupied just by one person, we couldn’t really go to them and ask to move and let us sit, so that  we were kind of waiting and hoping for anyone to finish their job there and just go outside and let us have any table, and in the meantime, we gave our orders to that guy on the cashier. Of course, our friend was the first one to order this breakfast menu, because I didn’t really know what to tell him, and, well, when she ordered this thing, then I knew, what I had to tell him in order to have that breakfast menu, so that I was the next one in the line. Well, she had some milk added to her Americano coffee, because that’s how she likes it as she said _ coffee with milk. I wanted to have some hazelnut flavor in my coffee, too, however, then I changed my mind and decided not to have anything added to my coffee and so that I just told this guy to get me the breakfast menu without any additions and that all would cost just 5 Laris, plus, we would each get this coupon of the breakfast menu and if we collect 5 of them until the 14-th of January, then we can have a polar bear toy in exchange, so that it’s pretty cool offer for those people who usually eats there or something like that, and, well, to be honest, we were already four there and we had four coupons and those two gave theirs to our friend who brought us, in fact, and, well, I want to try and collect them, because it’s kind of a good feeling to have something like that from something, you know, and if I can’t do that until then, I told her that I would give her mine, too. So that, until then, I have my coupon with me.

Well, this Dunkin’ Donuts on Vazha-pshavela ave is a pretty cozy one, if you want to know the truth and it’s nearby the Republic Hospital and Tbilisi State Medical University and there are always many people there, I mean, mostly there are those medical students, however, there are other people, too, who are visiting their family members or something like that at that hospital or whatever. So that, it’s always full of people there and, besides, they have this space, where there are some books and you can take them and read them and it’s really great, if you ask me, because that way people may get interested in reading books and not going in there just to have a free wi-fi hotspot or just a drink or a lunch or something like that. And this Dunkin’ Donuts is just near the bus stop, so that, if you want to get there, you can take any bus from the Medical University metro station or the beginning of the Vazha-pshavela ave. and just get off the bus when you see that Dunkin’ Donuts building or Wissol petrol station or the Republic Hospital. Well, if you must, there’s this bus number 150, 87, 24, which I mostly use and they just go straight to the avenue and they go to that stop , too, so that you can take those buses and get to that Dunkin’ Donuts if you want.

Anyways, it’s a good place for eating, however, you should know, that, there might not be enough places anytime you go in, because there are many medical students going there every time they have some free time and they just love to sit there and study or talk or whatever, especially in winter, when everything’s just frozen outside and there’s warmth there inside Dunkin’ Donuts and the environment is pretty great and it’s just near the university, so that it’s like a perfect place for sitting and studying or chatting or eating, if you want to know the truth.

Anyways, there we were, with our orders and stuff and talking and eating. It was a good thing to do then, I guess, because you should go somewhere else, too, besides the lectures and studying and stuff. It’s just great when you hang out with your friends and talk a little about some other things, than those things, that you have to study and learn and write, etc. so, that’s what we did basically.

Dunkin’ Donuts’ offers

Well, now I want to tell you about their offers these days and what you can eat during the day there. You know, there are many things, that you can have there, and while they are called “donuts”, they also have other things to eat, except for sweets and sweet stuff. You can also have some Georgian Khachapuri and Lobiani and potato pie there, which are all very delicious. And you can have some sandwiches, too.

They have those breakfast and lunch and dinner offers, too, which I hadn’t heard about until recently, and they have pretty good offers, if you ask me.

The breakfast offer lasts till 12 o’clock of the noon and you can have either croissant with ham and cheese or bagel with cheese and Americano coffee for 5 Laris or you can have a New Yorker burger and Americano coffee for 8 laris. And we had that croissant with ham and cheese and I definitely recommend that to everyone who’s willing to have a breakfast menu there, because it was really a light thing to eat and really delicious.

The lunch menu is pretty good, too, however, it’s more expensive than the breakfast menu, though it has some other things added in the menu, too. Well, you can have the lunch menu from 12:00 till 15:00 and you can have either Paninni with smoked sausage with French  fries and Coca Cola and ketchup for 10.10 Laris, or you can have Paninni with ham and with French fries and ketchup and Coca Cola for 11.50 Laris, or you can have Paninni with chicken salad and French fries and ketchup and Coca Cola for 11.30 Laris, or Paninni with salmon and Coca Cola and ketchup and French fries for 11.30 Laris, too, or Paninni with chicken and French fries and ketchup and Coca Cola for 10.60 Laris. Well, I haven’t had any lunch menu there yet, but I guess, the Paninni with smoked sausage or chicken would be a good one.

And then there’s this dinner menu, which costs 10 Laris. You can have Coca Cola, French fries, standard donut and you can choose either Dunkin’s classic hamburger or brioche with chicken or brioche with turkey. Well, they all seem to be pretty delicious and I don’t know which one to recommend, but I would probably eat Dunkin’s classic. This dinner menu is from 6 p.m. till 10 p.m.!

So, this offer of exchanging menu coupons on polar bear has started from the 7-th of December and lasts until the 14-th of January and you only need to have 5 coupons to get that polar bear toy, so that it’s pretty easy to have those menus during that period of time and get that polar bear for yourself or for anyone else, just to make them happy this New Year!

Well, I can say, that this Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant has a good staff and they work pretty good, I mean, whenever I go there, they always prepare my order very fast and deliver it very fast and they have things on order and everything’s clean and everything’s really tidied up and they smile at you and are pretty polite and everything. It really affects the environment and everyone just likes being there because of that, too, I mean, that’s one of the main things, why people like going in there. There’s this Dunkin’ Donuts on Kazbegi ave near the beginning of  Mitskevichi street, where I used to go, however, that’s the place, where they never had that hazelnut flavor, that I wanted to have in my coffee so much and the cashier was kind of unfriendly and stuff like that and that really affected the customers, of course, besides, they needed much time preparing things that I had ordered. However, that was the place, where I first tasted that Georgian Lobiani of Dunkin’ Donuts and loved it so much, that I ordered it in another Dunkin’ Donuts, too, however, it was not that delicious there, how it was in this Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant, if you want to know the truth.

There are some other good things, that you can have at Dunkin’ Donuts and they have these combo menus, which you can take and “pay less” as they say. I had this brochure taken from them, where there are those combo menus written and there are prices on it and you can see, which one will cost you how much and which one consists of which ingredients. That’s what I like with those things, I mean, I like to have those kinds of brochures and read them and know exactly what is what and how much they are and things like that. So, those combo menus are pretty good and you can have Coca Cola and ketchup and French fries in all combo menus and there are some sandwiches or burgers or wraps or Lobiani and potato pie and things like that to choose from and the prices are in between 6 to 10 Laris roughly, so that it’s not that expensive, if you ask me, and, well, that’s really enough for a person,  I mean, it may even be more than enough for some people, for example, my sister, who would have a kind of a trouble finishing her combo menu with  all those French fries and hamburgers or whatever.
