You-japonese restaurant

The restaurant You, I consider as the best japonese restaurant in Paris. The restaurant is at rue Sainte-Anne and offers a huge variaty of traditional japonese dishes as katsudon, sobas, nabeyaki udon, mizo soup, tempura and sushi.

The daily menu is between 11h00 and 14h30, better to be there around 12H00, the price starts from 15 euros, which includes starter, salad, mizo soup, second dish is vary from menu to menu, green tea and dessert, which was lemon gelly the day we have been there.

Once you got into the restaurant, there can be some waiting time (5-10 minutes), you are rapidly served, one dish after each other, as the waiters are very attentive and nice in the same time. The portions may look small, but after you have eaten everything, you will go out from the restaurant statisfied and zen.

I recommend this place, if you would like to eat fresh and healthy food while visiting Paris Opéra area. The restaurant can be interesting for traditional japonese food lovers and for those, whom are interested about japonese culture. We were adviced from a japonese friend living in Paris and we didn't regret it.

One thing that you should know, not only about this restaurant, but about the parisian restaurants in general is, that the place is small, and for the optimisation of the place you will seat very close to the other customers, sometimes you can seat at the same table. In this restaurant we were sitting at a table for 4 persons with two different customers.

Apart from this, everything is give for a tasty lunch.
