Teatro Real

Real Theatre in Madrid is located in plaza Isabel II, in front of the Real Palace. It is one of the most emblematic buildings in Madrid, especially for its past and history.

Founded in 1850, the teathre has been closed and reopened many times during the years, but today it is the most important place in Madrid where you can see representations of classic music masters such as Verdi, Donizetti, Plácido Domingo, etc. Furthermore, it is located in the very city centre, between Puerta del Sol and the real palace, so don't miss a visit there.
