The house is located in the heart of Madrid, in Tirso de Molina Square, next to the “Rastro”, just 3 minutes walking from the La Latina and 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol.

The house is well connected by all modes of transport: two subway lines (Line 1, Tirso de Molina and Line 5 La Latina), tren (Sol and Atocha) as well as numerous bus lines from which you can go anywhere in the city and with quick and direct access to all universities in Madrid.
