One of my absolute favorite shopping centers in all of Malaysia, Times Square has definitely a lot to offer, it is also a hotel apart from being a shopping center. When I first moved to Malaysia, times square was a like a sanctuary for me, its cheap prices and incredible variety made the world seem much more interesting for a 13 year old girl. But even when I grew up and grew out of things I used to like, I never once stopped enjoying my shopping time in Times Square. The place’s magic never ceased to go away. You all know me by now and I tend to exaggerate everything a little bit, but in this case I actually really like this shopping mall and I hope you guys become convinced to start liking it too by the end of this entry.

How to get there:
If one thing everyone admits about Times Square is its great localization. It is super easy to get there by public transport. My favorite method to get there is by “Monorail”, although given monorail has a few limited stations, it can be a little harder to get there using monorail. You can usually get on the monorail in “Kl Sentral” or “Bukit nanas” which is a station near KLCC and get off in “Imbi”, which is literally inside of the mall. Another way to get to Times Square is by walking from Bukit bintang. They are pretty nearby each other and so you can walk about 5 to 10 minutes and reach there.

Description and experiences:
Times Square is huge, like really huge. I don’t even know how many levels there are, there are quite a lot, I lost count. The most important reason why I love this shopping mall so much is because of the variety, you can find anything you need in here, there is no need to wanna go and check out other places, because chances are you can get anything you need just by looking here. The first floor has a few famous retail shops like “F. O. S”, I definitely recommend checking this place out, and they have deals like three shirts for 50 ringgits or 2 tops for 30 ringgits. F. O. S is a great place to buy casual clothes. Among other famous shops you have “Adidas” and “Reebok” outlets, which I'm sure don’t need any explanations. Right next to these outlets there are these musical stairs that made a lot of noise when they first came out. They are basically like stairs that give out music when you step on them, great way to entertain kids, so not talking about myself.
On the second floor you have an endless number of choices as well. I'm not gonna get in details about them all. Two of my favorite stores on this floor are “Nichii” and “Kitschen”, both of these brands which are local Malaysian brands are really high in quality and diverse in clothing, let us not forget the fact that they are totally affordable too. Make sure you check them out. Oh oh, I almost forgot, there is this snack place that sells like the best pretzels in Malaysia, gosh I miss it so much, you have no idea. It's called “Auntie Anne” and their caramel pretzels with some lemonade (Yes I know odd combo) is my favorite. “Auntie Anne” has many branches all across Kuala Lumpur including one in Suria KLCC and one in pavilion.

From the third floor above, the shops turn from brands into small boutiques and this is where all the fun begins. Most of these clothes are imported from china, they are as cheap as it could get and the variety is so much that it is confusing. I absolutely love these stores, I always end up buying way too much clothes. Oh by the way let me clarify one thing, even though the clothes are cheap the qualities are surprisingly really good, like you wouldn’t expect it but they last quite long. Although I don’t advise buying shoes from these stores however pretty they look.
On the fifth floor and the seventh floor we have the indoor theme park, I'm not such a big fan of the theme park, I think it lacks variety and is quite small but it is definitely worth going once. There are about 6 rides for adults and about 8 rides for younger kids. The entrance fee is about 48 ringgits for adults above 13 year old and about 38 ringgits for those below 13 years old. The main ride of this indoor theme park is the “Supersonic Odyssey” which is said to be the largest indoor roller coaster in all of Asia.

But if you guys wanted some entertainment and did not feel like having your guts thrown into your mouth; you could go to the arcade on the fifth floor, it has all sorts of computer games and arcade related activities. I genuinely like the arcade here. Lastly you could also go to the cinema, they have these lounges with such big comfy chairs that you are more likely to fall asleep there than watch a movie.
The upper floors have many hair salons and nail salons. I have never done my hair but I used to get my nails done, their prices are pretty low and they do a pretty good job. I hope this is detailed enough for you guys and helps you out.
Cheers.
