Renting a room in a 2 bedroom apt in a luxury high rise

The building has a spa, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, hairdresser, and underground parking. It has a huge private green park surrounding the high rise. Has a security and reception. 5 mins to Taksim, Nisantasi. 10 mins walking to osmanbey metro. A bus station in front of the building that goes to Taksim and a bunch of other areas. Close to Sisli Memorial Hospital. Building name Queen Sinpas. Short terms is preferred.

I live with my 2 pomeranians, they are very sweet and friendly. I work from home. I will have my own tv in my room so i might prefer to stay in my room. I also travel so the whole place might be yours sometimes. There is a cleaning lady coming every week. You will have a table, chair, double bed with storage under. Wardrobe. You can use the facilities. The price includes all bills and facilities. I barely have guests in my place so i prefer someone similar :)  Price 40.000 Lira (keep in mind this price includes all bills including facility (gym, spa, parking, pool, tennis court, security, reception)
