The Mesón Los Faroles is a tapas bar found on Calle Van Dyck of Salamanca. This street is famous for it's numerous tapas and pinchos bars, and for it's great quality-price reputation.
Gernally, there are lots of people in this bar. They have tapas that they prepare according to orders: potatoes with spicy sauce or aioli, Padron peppers, the normal tapas. But often they have other tapas, and "bar pinchos" that you can see and order at the bar. The only drawback is that when they run out, they're out, they're not going to prepare you more. In this category, they have very original pinchos, for example, toast with morcilla, with goat cheese and pieces of chocolate on top!
Another one is toast with eggplant, candied onion, goat cheeses, and blueberry jam! Sounds good, doesn't it? Good, it'd delicious! I can't describe it, it's amazing. We were attracted to it from the outside, and we were not disappointed. I think it's the best tapa I've ever eaten. And it wasn't even expensive! Unfortunately, when we went back another day, there were none left.
Best tapa in the world.
At the end we ate bechamel filled peppers, and they were also tasty.
