Room in Triana (Seville)

Double room for rent able since 20th december. It is spacious and furnished, situated in Triana, a very nice neighborhood. I am searching for nice and friendly people, who consider the flat as their own house. The floor has got kitchen, bathroom, living room, two bedrooms and private patio. It is furnished with air conditioning, phone and internet. The kitchen is butane and operates electric boiler. The price is 280€/month and includes the rental and the community but not the expenses. It is near the metro, the bus and 15 minutes walking far from the old center of the city.
