It's a typically Alsatian restaurant next to the place Saint-Etienne in Strasbourg where you eat very well. Its young chef welcomes you warmly into his restaurant, in simmering you up some delicious dishes. Having been during the Christmas period, I was entitled to a plate of foie gras accompanied by a glass of 'late harvest' wine (a sweet desert wine) - a perfect match!

Then for a copious 'choucroute garnie' that unfortunately my friend and I, couldn't finish.

The waiters are also very nice and know what they're doing. The prices are affordable due to the set menu with the dish of the day at €7. 90, then the starter and main at €10. 99, the main and pudding at €10 and finally the starter-main-pudding at €13. 90. You can park on the embankment or on the Austerlitz or Guterberg car-parks and get there very easily on foot, on the rue des Frères.
