This bar/pub on la rue des Couples in the Krutenau neighbourhood in Strasbourg proposes numerous delicious beers. You are greeted with a warm atmosphere as soon as you enter, thanks to the very welcoming barmen, the massive wooden bar, the decor such as the cask or the crate (empty, alas) of whiskey and rock music. You can just as well sit on the high chairs at a round table as on the red stools at the end of the bar, depending on what you fancy (or the space).

This place is ideal to meet friends, to try a new beer or whisky, or to relax after a day's work. The prices remain as those of the big city. It seems expensive, especially after having coming back from Spain. The menu is varied and there are around ten draft beers proposed, which they're constantly trying to change to satisfy the customers curiosity and discovery as much as possible for our greatest pleasure.

On weekend evenings, the bar is generally jam-packed. Therefore you have to weave in and out to find room or stay still. In Summer, the terrace is open until midnight. After, you have to enter into the interior warmth. You can also play darts for free in order to showcase Ireland's national sport. One of Strasbourg's best pubs, open from 6pm until 4am, can not be missed!
