Salmon in Orange Sauce with Raisins and Pine Nuts
Have you ever tried it? It's so easy!
Easy, fast and very good.
On more than one occasion it will save you if you don't know what to eat... Let's go!
INGREDIENTS:
- Salmon in loins or fillet (the amount will depend on the people who eat it).
- Juice of two oranges.
- White wine (in my case, I almost always use half a glass of white wine).
- Chopped garlic.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Raisins.
- Pine nuts.
PREPARATION:
- In our best frying pan we add the oil, the salt and the chopped garlic, and we mark the salmon equally on both sides.
- When we think it is a little fried, add the wine and dill (two teaspoons) and let it rest for two minutes so that the wine evaporates.
- After as much time as we consider necessary, approximately two minutes, add the orange juice.
- Wait about 5 minutes and it's done!
Let's eat!
