Lake Garda is an amazing place to spend summer season. Due to high hot season during the summer this lake get crowded. This is the biggest lake in Italy and it has been situated in the North part of the Italy. Around the area there are lot of places to swim and other out door activities. This place is very famous for cycling, Sailing & Windsurfing, Trekking, riding, climbing, diving, golf, Canyoning and Paragliding. Among them my heart goes for Paragliding, windsurfing and trekking. It is an amazing experience for me. Horse riding is also one of the famous activity for discovering the unseen beauty and country sides of the lake.

In summer at mid night we can see firework festivals from the lakeside. Specially in August there is a huge firework festival in lake Garda.

This is place where people held lot of our door parties and other festivals during the summer season. There are very famous night clubs. Personally, I prefer to go there on Latino music nights. But I guarantee that there are different types musical nights and events according to your choice.

If you like to spend more days there then there are lots of B&B, hotels, camping sites and apartments to rent out. I prefer to rent out an apartment or enjoy few days in a camping site rather than staying in hotel. We can find this kind of place for a reasonable price. But I would like to recommend you reserve a place in advance not to have a risk.

It is very easy to reach this place either by bus or by train. For me the easiest way to reach to this place is using buses. We can find more than five daily bus routes per day in the summer season. For your convenient I have added some of the bus numbers that I have used. But I grantee there are more from different places other than these to reach lake Garda.

To go to western coast of the lake you can use, LN027: Salò – Desenzano del Garda (via Moniga), S202: Brescia – Salò – Campione – Limone sul Garda – Riva del Garda.

Lake Garda face threat due to overfishing and pollution. So, it is our responsibility to protect the places where we go without getting them pollute.
