Shrimp fried

Ingredients

  • 500 g of shrimps
  • Two tbl spoons of olive oil
  • Seven curry leaves
  • One tsp of salt
  • Little bit of black pepper and little bit of chili flakes
  • Big sliced onion
  • Five chopped garlics cloves and little bit of chopped ginger
  • Large tomato
  • Large peperoni
  • Two tbl spoons of water
  • Tomato sauce
  • Soya sauce

Preparation:

As the first step, you should clean the shrimps well and remove the head of the shrimp since it is so dirty. Then you can wash the shrimps and keep them besides. Then get the olive oil and add it into a pan. Then add onion, garlic, ginger and curry leave and cook it until it turns in to a golden colour. Then add the shrimps, salt, pepper, chili flakes and water. Then cover the pan and let it cook for eight to ten mins. (If you cannot eat lot of spices and chilies I recommend you skip pepper and the chili flakes. Normally I can eat chili so I add one tbl spoon of chili flakes. )

After ten mins, you can see that shrimps have turned into a nice colour. Then add the tomatoes and the peperoni. Then add soy sauce and the tomato sauce. Then let it cook for another few mins until it cooks well. After five or seven mins, you can turn off the heat. My advice is to cook under medium flame all the time since it gives good texture and much time to marinate the flavour of shrimps with other ingredients.

Then you can enjoy this with rice, bread or any other thing you like.
