Tiramisu (Italian dessert)
Ingredients
- 500g of mascarpone.
- Six eggs.
- One and half cup of sugar.
- 250ml of whipped cream.
- Lady fingers.
- Strong coffee.
- Little bit of vanilla.
- Coco powder.
- Two table spoons of brandy.
Preparation
First, beat the whipping cream and keep it behind. I recommend keeping it in the refrigerator, until you bring it back for the preparation.
Then separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat the egg whites until it comes smooth and creamy like the whipped cream. Then keep them behind, until we use them.
Then get the double boiler and place the egg yolks. Then add the sugar and star to whisk it for ten to twenty mins, until the colour turns into light yellow. After turning it in to the perfect colour, then add the mascarpone cream and whisk it until mixing them together. Then add the egg whites and whipped cream little by little and mix it well. Then add the vanilla extract and brandy. Then mix them well. Now your cream is ready.
Then get the lady fingers and dip them in the coffee. Get the square shaped bowl and then cover the first layer with lady fingers. Add the cream until it covers. Then add the coco powder on the top of it. Place another layer of lady fingers after dipping them in the coffee. Add the final layer of cream. Add the coco powder on the top of this layer. Now your dessert is ready. But you have to keep it at least two hours or one night in the fridge before serving them.
