"The Russian Cake, which is not even Russian - A traditional German cake recipe"

Now, I would like with you my family recipe! :)

For the dough, you need:

- 200g butter

- 200g sugat

- 1 egg

- 40g cocoa

- 400g flour

- 1 packet of baking powder

Now stir and knead to form a firm dough.

Prepare the quark filling from the following ingredients:

- 250g butter

- 3 eggs

- 200g sugar

- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

- 1 packet of vanilla pudding for cooking

- 750g low fat quark

Then put half of the dough into a springform pan and push the dough to the edges. Now spread the quark filling. Pluck the rest of the dough as sprinkles. Put the cake in the oven to bake at 160-170 degrees for one hour.
