Stir-fry Vegetables
You've opened the frige and you can't find anything else except some vegetable and some rice and meat? What do you do if you're already hungry?
Keep reading and i'll explain you the easiest way to cook the few things that you have left in the fridge, making it a healthy delicious dish.
Stir-fry in a pan all the vegetables that you have. You can put any type of vegetable in the recipe but also of meat, fish, sauce... It's a life-saving recipe that save you from throwing out your leftovers.
Stir-fry the vegetables is easy and fast and makes your dinner or lunch very tasty. It fills you and it's good for your health. So let's cook!
You can put as many vegetables as you want, so i will not give you the exact amount.
But my favourite vegetables to do this dish with are the ones above.
Ingridiends:
- 3 garlic cloves
- half onion
- 2 pieces of ginger
- 2/3 carrots
- jackdaws
- half cabbage
- mushrooms, any type
- half red/yellow pepper
- broccoli
- 3/4 spoon of teriyaki sauce
- black pepper
- water
Process:
1- In a non-stick pan or in a wok put a little oil and fry the garlic, onion and ginger. Then start adding the hardest vegetables: carrots, cabbage and jackdaws. Sauté over moderate heat.
2- To help the vegetables to cook, add a little water, just a little wire.
3- When half cooked, add the rest of the vegetables.
4- Cook for a couple of minutes until the last added vegetables are cooked and have reached the consistency you want
5- Add the teriyaki sauce and pepper and stir.
Usually for this dish we use teriyaki sauce because it has a stronger and more complete taste but if you don't have it you can use soy sauce which, obviously, won't guarantee the same result but in every way will make your dish tasty and appetizing.
6- With vegetables you can add rice noodles or accompany it with white rice. If you also have advanced meat, chicken strips, some shrimp you can brown them with garlic and onion and then add the vegetables. It will be a delicious dish!
Try this recipe by changing various sauces, from sweet and sour to peanut sauce. Get wild and make the combinations you like best, there are no rules!
Turn off the heat and serve as a side dish or second course in itself
