Sri Lankan Fish Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g of fish cut into one-inch pieces (tuna).
- Seven curry leaves.
- Two finished chopped pepperonis.
- One big sliced onion.
- Cinnamon and cardamom.
- Five chipped garlic cloves.
- Two teaspoon of chili powder.
- One tablespoon of curry powder.
- One teaspoon of salt.
- Two tablespoons of lime juice.
- One tablespoon of soya sauce.
- Little bit of oil.
- One cup of water.
- One cup of coconut milk.
First, clean the fish and cut into pieces. Be careful, if you clean them by yourself.
Then add oil in to a pan. Then add onion, garlic, chili flakes, cinnamon, cardamom and curry powder into it. When the onions turn into a golden colour, add the fish into it. Then add sault, soya sauce and mix it well. When you mix them, be careful since the fish might be broken into pieces. Then add little bit of water and let it cook for five minutes. Then add the coconut milk into it. After cooking it for 10 to 15 mins, you can add lime juice and mix it. When you mix it, do it slowly unless fish will be broken in to pieces. Then turn off the heat. You can eat it with rice, bread or any other thing you like.
