Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 sweetened natural yogurt.
  • 1 measure of sunflower oil.
  • 2 measures of sugar.
  • 3 measures of flour.
  • 1 packet of yeast.
  • 1 orange.
  • Chocolate chips or pieces of chocolate.

You will make the measurements according to the amount of yoghurt you are using.

  1. Firstly mix the in a bowl, the 3 eggs, with the yoghurt, sunflower oil and the sugar until you are left with a homogeneous liquid. Then, add the flour and the packet of yeast until there are no lumps. Finally, put in the chocolate chips and the shavings from the orange peel to your taste (you can also add a bit of the orange juice).
  2. In a glass mold, spread butter so that the cake doesn't get stuck when it is done and then put the mixture into it and put it into the oven forhalf an hour at 180ºC

Things to take into account:

Preheat the oven before you put in the cake mix.

You should never open the oven at any time while it is cooking or the cake will not rise.

When you are taking the cake out of the oven you should wait until it cools before you remove it from the mold or it will break. And also, when you eat it cold it is harder and more delicious.

Enjoy, enjoy and enjoy!
