Fillet of meat with balsamic vinegar of Modena
Hey everyone! Today I want to show you how to prepare a tasty meal influenced by the place I live in Italy. The Italian influence is seen in the super tasty "aceto balsámico" that runs throughout the ingredients. Just to clarify, this "aceto" isn't a type of oil, but rather, a kind of vinegar. The product I'm going to show you is made in Modena, a really tasty ingredient that you can add to anything you like. This recipe is quite simple, and it's called 'fillet with balsamic vinegar and whole-grain biscuits.
Without further ado, let's start with the ingredients.
Fillet with balsamic vinegar ingredients:
- Three fillets of a meat of your choice, chicken for example
- A little bit of flour
- A tablespoon of salt to season to taste (optional)
- A splash of olive oil for frying
- About 4 whole-meal biscuits (we recommend the ones from the Mulino Bianco brand)
Preparing the fillets with a Modenese twist:
- The first thing you have to do is take the meat and dip it in flour, making sure the entire fillet is covered.
- Put a splash of olive oil in a frying pan and place the fillet in to fry. While these are cooking, open up the balsamic vinegar.
- When the meat has fried, pour the balsamic vinegar over it. You'll see that the vinegar will start to mix with the meat and form a semi-thick layer over the fillet. The smell will be simply amazing!
Next, simply put it on a plate with the wholegrain biscuits and it's ready to eat! This tasty meal is very enjoyable, and it's so practical and simply, it's perfect to eat of an evening.
I hope you've enjoyed this recipe and that you get cooking it as soon as you can! See you soon!
