COUS COUS,CHICKEN & VEGETABLES

  • Hola todos! I am happy writing to you, once again! This is a recipe that I like a lot, it's really easy and fast to prepare it. It has the aroma of the East culture(which I love). Let's start! :

  • INGREDIENTS:

1sp Coconut oil

1 cup spinach

1/2 onion

2 cloves garlic

1/4 ginger

7-8 pistachio

5-6 leaves of parsley

5 chicken fillets cut into pieces

beer or wine(white or rose)

  • STEP BY STEP

1 cut the chicken fillets into pieces

2 chop the onion

3 chop the garlic

4 chop the carrots

5 remove the shell of the pistachio

  • We put 1 spoon of coconut oil at the pan and when it's melt we put the chicken, let it for a moment till it takes a golden color.. after we put the onion and one minute after the garlic. Then, we put the carrots. and some pumpkin in pieces.. after a couple of minutes, we put the pistachio and the spinach... and we put some zest of ginger...

    We leave it again for some minutes and then we put some wine or beer and let it, till is evaporate. We put the couscous(how much we think is good)and some hot water... (we leave it 4 minutes), we put the spices.. again based on how much spicy we like it... Last, we leave it until the water is evaporated... And we enjoy it! Of course, you can change some ingredients or not use it at all!
