Cooking at home: Fried condensed milk balls
Hi everyone!
After all the savoury bites I’ve shown you already let’s make a sweet treat, which as well as being easy to make can be eaten as a snack or an everyday desert. It consists of fried balls of condensed milk.
Ingredients:
- four eggs
- a spoon of butter
- one can of condensed milk
- one spoon of yeast
- three cups of flour
- olive oil
- sugar and cinnamon powder (optional)
Method
- With a whisk or electric whisk bear the eggs, butter, condensed milk and yeast until it is all thoroughly mixed.
- Add this mixture into a bowl and slowly add the flour, stirring until it is all mixed in.
- Using either your hands or two spoons form the mixture into small balls.
- When the balls are ready place them in hot oil and cook until they are golden brown.
- Then, take them out and place them onto a plate on a serviette to absorb any excess oil.
- While waiting for them to cool a little, mix the sugar and cinnamon and dust the balls with the powder.
- They are also delicious without the cinnamon sugar but personally I prefer them with it.
I hope that they turn out well for you and that you enjoy them a lot!
