Chocolate and biscuit cakes

This cake is very easy to make and is probably be known all over the world, for how quick to make and rich it is, and because you can make it for any person no matter their age, overall it is great to make with children or for informal meetings, especially when you don't want to cook.

You will need Cuétara rectangular biscuits (it doesn't need to be this brand but in my opinion, they have the richest flavour); you will also need milk, melted chocolate of the Paladín type or chocolate custard, whichever you prefer, and vanilla custard.

Warm the milk and wet the biscuits with it carefully, not leaving them too long, otherwise they will overheat or will get too soft. Then make a rectangular base in the size you are going to want your cake to be; when you have the base, pour in the chocolate. On top of the chocolate, make another wet biscuit base with the milk and on top of this, put vanilla custard and make several layers, as many as you want. Then the cake is complete.

On top of everything, add a top layer; chocolate or vanilla custard and if you want, you can decorate it with shavings in different colours, smarties, coconut powder, condensed milk, whatever you want.

It's very easy to make and you can make it in no time at all, although you need to put it in the fridge and leave it to chill because it makes it more compact and better. It's ideal for any celebration, including a birthday, or for a simple snack.
