Asian Salmon, Grouper with Oven Potatoes with spices, Gratin Chicken with Sweet Corn, Octopus with Olive Oil and Garlic
Asian Salmon
Ingredients - for two people:
- 2 salmon loins
- 1 large garlic
- 1 piece of ginger root with about 2cm
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 lime
- Pepper q. s.
- Fresh coriander q. s.
- Soy sauce
Preparation:
In a bowl place the soy sauce and lime juice. Add the garlic and grated ginger also grated and season with a little pepper. Add the peppers, cut into thin julienne and add the salmon loins leaving them to marinate a few minutes.
Meanwhile line the steaming basket (bamboo or metal) with aluminum foil and place her loins and salmon marinade. Put the basket in a saucepan with a little water, cover and cook in the steam for about 10 minutes - be careful not to let the fish dry.
Serve the salmon on lemon rice, drizzle with sauce and serve with chopped coriander.

Grouper with Oven Potatoes with spices
Ingredients for two people:
- 2 slices of grouper (or can use leftover)
- 6 potatoes
- 1 kit of inspiring recipes for rosemary chicken Margao honey and lemon (contains garlic, rosemary, oregano, paprika, thyme and coriander powder)
- Salt and pepper q. s.
- 1 lemon
- Oil qs
Preparation:
In a mortar place half the garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme and coriander powder. Add a little salt and pepper and mash some more to undo all the herbs and spices.
Season the fish fillets with this mixture and place them on a tray in the oven it goes. Peel the potatoes and place them in the pan along with the fish seasoning them with salt, pepper, garlic and the remaining paprika. Add the zest of lemon peel and a little juice over the fish. Drizzle everything with also a little olive oil.
Cover with aluminum foil and roast in preheated oven at 180 º C for about 40 minutes until everything is cooked.
Serve with broccoli or a green salad.

Gratin Chicken with Sweet Corn
Ingredients - for 2 people:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 small can of sweet corn
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 25g grated Mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper q. s.
- Oil qs
- 200ml of béchamel sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Preparation:
Chop the garlic cloves and bring them to boil along with the oil. Then add the chicken breast cut into cubes, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
Drain corn and mix with the bechamel sauce.
In a baking dish place the cooked chicken and top with béchamel sauce with corn. Sprinkle with grated cheese and parsley and bring to a preheated oven about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Octopus with Olive Oil and Garlic
Ingredients - for two people:
- Octopus 650g (1 small octopus)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 50ml olive oil
- Salsa q. s.
- Salt and pepper q. s.
Preparation:
Cook the octopus in water seasoned with salt and onion until it is soft. (If you prefer to cook the octopus in a pressure cooker about 20 minutes).
Once cooked drain the octopus and cut it into small pieces. Reserve.
Meanwhile peel the garlic cloves and laminate them finely. Take them to the fire along with olive oil, and once the cloves begin to want to add the fried octopus into pieces and let sauté a few minutes over low heat. Add the chopped parsley, wrap well and serve with boiled potatoes and sautéed kale.
