  • First time eating Indian food in Hanoi

I have never before learned about Indian food. And for the first time I've been enjoying it, it was an enjoyable experience.

  • A cold rainy day for Indian Food

We came to the restaurant on a cold rainy day, when my body is freezing cold due to the wick and rainy weather, so I enjoy the curry of sheep which is really great. The aromatic curry, combined with Indian spices, creates a truly luscious flavor that shatters the cold of rain.

  • Tandoori Chicken is the main dish is Indian spicy chicken legs and yogurt is baked in the oven Tandoor is a eye-catching dish, crispy crispy outside, spicy taste very strange, inside is pure chicken flavor . The combination of spices is both familiar and strange makes me feel excited.

  • Crispy Crust Crumbs ( CCC)
  • The name of the dish is a little hard to remember, but I was impressed with a cake. Outside the crispy crust crumbs, the inside is small chopped potatoes mixed with spices (seems to have curry also) fragrant is also very attractive. As it was the first time I ate myself, I tried to eat bread with different sauces like mango sauce, tomato sauce and green pepper sauce. However, you can also eat the cake without the sauce, because the cake was tasted just mouth.

I also enjoy two types of flat blinds of India, one type of butter clamp and one type of cheese cheese.

Listen to the introductory staff, there are many vegetarian dishes. I also tried one kind of vegetarian soup. An Indian pea soup with some sauce is also goo with Long beans, not very similar to Vietnamese tofu.

  • The big difference and perhaps the characteristic of India?

That is rice.

The rice here is cooked from Indian grains, flat and 2-3 times as long as Vietnam's eight rice grains. The rice is slightly dry and palatable, but if you are used to eating organic rice, you will love this dish because it contains many nutrients that are good for your health.

Banana Lassi is quite delicious.

  • Good Service of Staff

The last thing I commented on was Staff: Very friendly and enthusiastic, explaining the name of each dish, as well as introducing the ingredients, the taste of each dish.
