Ingredients

  • 5 zucchini medium size (grated on the grater);
  • 3 fresh onions;
  • 1 dried onion medium size;
  • 1/2 bunch of dill;
  • 3 twigs of mint;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 cup kefalotyri;
  • 1 cup of feta cheese;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper;
  • Olive oil;
  • Self-rising flour.

Preparation

We put in a bowl the zucchini with salt for half an hour. We strain them out and remove their liquids and when we are done we put them in a basin. After that, we pour chopped fresh onions, chopped dried onions, dill, mint, eggs, kefalotyri, feta and olive oil. Then, add salt, pepper and flour to make a dough.

Finally, bake at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes until brown.

Ideally served with yoghurt or tzatziki!
