Vegetarian Orzo
Ingredients:
- two hundred seventy five grams of pasta orzo
- one soup spoon of olive oil
- one (about hundred and fifty grams) eggplant
- one red pepper
- grated peel of lemon
- the juice of one lemon
- one hundred and eighty-five black olives
- three soup spoons of well cut basil
- salt and black pepper
- olive oil
Preparation:
- You have to start by preparing the pasta as indicated on the cover of the package. When it is read, you put it aside.
- Then you add the vegetables. Then you fry them for seven or eight minutes.
- You have to add the pasta, the peel of lemon, and the lemon jice.
- You have to cut the olives and you add them to the mixture that you have prepared until now.
- You need to serve the meal warm and decorated with basil.
- Bon apetit!
