The introduction

Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing just fine!

In this article I want to tell you about my prepared chocolate and how it came out pretty good, I mean, I really love chocolate, however, there’s this thing about it, that it has lots of sugars and it’s not that recommended to eat chocolate a lot. And then there’s this dark chocolate, which is 70% chocolate and above and it’s pretty expensive, I can say, so that people don’t usually buy that one, of course, and they just buy those chocolates, which are not that expensive and, at the same time, they are really delicious, I mean, everything sweet is very delicious, you know, and it’s like when you eat them, the whole world stops around you and there are no wars and problems and everything and you are just surround with peace and quiet and happiness and things like that and you just feel, that you are free of something and that freedom is just awesome, of course, and it’s a great feeling. However, that feeling doesn’t last long and it’s really a short one, which you want to repeat, however, it doesn’t work like that and you can’t feel it every time you eat a chocolate. And if it was, then we would all eat chocolate all the time and, well, we would have diabetes or we would be overweight and things like that, I guess. Anyways, dietitians tell us, that we should eat dark chocolate from time to time, because it is good for our health and it has some health benefits, of course, otherwise they wouldn’t recommend eating chocolate at all, of course.

There’s this spicy chocolate, too, which I haven’t tasted and I’m really interested in tasting it, if you want to know the truth and, well, I guess, I will have the courage to buy some of it some time and taste it. However, this time, whenever I see that spicy chocolate bar, I just think about buying it and then I just change my mind and pass it by. You know, chocolate is good for our brain and it makes it work better and it’s considered, that people who eat chocolate have lower risk of having some heart problems, though I don’t really know much about that and neither do the scientists and doctors, I guess, however, they say, that the research showed those results and, well, we can believe, that chocolate has those health benefits on our bodies.

Anyways, I really love eating the chocolate and I eat it a lot, however, I know, that eating lots of chocolate is not that good and , hence, I try to find some alternative, I mean, I know, that the cocoa powder is better for health benefits and chocolate is good, too, and when you eat dark chocolate, it’s healthier they say, so that I try to eat some dark chocolate, but I guess, it’s not that dark chocolate that I eat. Because the dark chocolate has more cocoa and less milk or sugar and that’s why it’s considered as a healthier alternative for all that chocolate bars. So that, if you love that milk chocolate bars filled with nuts or dried fruit and things like that, you should know, that they are not that good to be eaten plenty and they should be substituted by dark chocolate, so that it will benefit you and, at the same time, they won’t have that much sugar in them and that’s really good, of course.

So, to tell you the truth, my sister had made some chocolate truffles and stuff like that some time ago and when I tasted them, they were very delicious and my mother loved them, too, however, she said, that they were not tasty enough and she had all those experiments about preparing some chocolate and things like that, you know, so that she would get that chocolate that she wanted. However, I really liked them that way and I wanted to prepare something like that this other day, but I didn’t really know how she prepared those exact ones, so that I just gooled preparing chocolate with cocoa powder and I got some recipes and one of them was just right there and it seemed pretty easy in a way, so that I decided to have that recipe prepared and get some chocolate for myself. You know , there was this recipe and  I didn’t have all the ingredients, I guess, so that I just went on scrolling and seeing some web pages and stuff like that and finally, I just went to that wikihow or whatever and saw this chocolate recipe with cocoa powder and other things and decided to give it a try and prepare chocolate with that recipe.

Well, the preparation process was not difficult itself, it all just needed to be blended and mixed well together and then you would just melt them together and pour them into those things, which you had prepared for them, you know. It’s actually a funny story or, maybe , a strange story of how I got these forms or whatever, where you pour the chocolate to get their forms and shape, you know, so , once when I was in this birthday and bakery things’ store in Pasazhi shopping center, I saw these silicon muffin baking forms and after some time of discussing it with myself, I just saw the opportunity to bake some good muffins with them and that was the time when I hadn’t had any muffins baked and I was wondering, how they would tasteand, well, how to prepare them at all, so that I had these silicon forms bought instead of that whole one, I mean, the baking form for the muffins, which are plenty if you enjoy baking those muffins.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cocoa powder
  • ¾ cups butter
  • ½ cup white granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • ¼ powdered sugar
  • 1 cup water

Preparation process

Well the preparation process was not that hard, I mean, it needed some time for the chocolate to be made and then ready to be eaten, however, it was not that difficult to do it, if you want to know the truth. However, it’s still better, if you have some chocolate chips or chocolate bar to melt and then prepare your own chocolate with them. I have prepared some chocolate things with that method and it’s usually a good one and, besides, you don’t really have to add much ingredientsand you just can have those chocolate chips or bars or whatever and enjoy your preparation of chocolate. You might say, that the preparation of chocolate can not be hard to do, however, there are some things, that you should consider until making some chocolate.

Well, first of all, I put all those cocoa powders together, because I had three different kinds of them or something like that, and I wanted them to be blended together. Then I added the granulated sugar to it and a cup of hot water and mixed them well together

I also had this butter on a room temperature and it was pretty soft and I added it to the mixture with the milkand I also added some powdered sugar, because I thought that it lacked a little sugar to the chocolate.

So that, it was pretty much it and I could just pour that mixture into the chocolate forms and put it into the freezer and see how it was. I even added some rum essence to some of those ones, because I wondered how they would taste. And I also did this thing, I took some muffin forms and poured a little chocolate in them and then I put some peanut butter into each one of them and then I poured the chocolate over them again, and then I had some coconut flakessprinkled on top of them.

Well, to be honest, it was all great, however, it kind of lacked some butter, I guess, or it would have been better if I just had added some chocolate chips melted or something like that, and that way it would be more chocolate. Otherwise, when I took them out, they were like frozen and then after some time of being on the table or whatever, they kind of melted and they were more like chocolate butter and you could spread them on the bread or something like that and eat them that way.
