Photo recipe: Tomato Toast

Tomato toast, also called "pan tumaca", is a typical Spanish breakfast dish. It is tomato pulp seasoned with salt and pepper. It will only take you about five minutes to prepare it. A good thing is you can prepare it a day before so that in the morning all you need to do is just toast the bread and spread this tomato pulp over.

2. Toast the bread. I used the oven but a toaster is much more practical.
