Mushroom with minced meat and cheese

Okay guys from today on wards I’m going to include a few easy recipes per day, that I use myself to cook during the week when I don’t have much time. These recipes aren’t by me, they are just recipes my mother taught me or I learned from someone else. I hope you enjoy this, as you can see I’m trying to diversify the blog entries a little bit. Now this recipe tastes really good and it’s super easy to make. Let’s take a look at the ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat/beef 350 grams;
  • Fried parsley 2-3 full spoons;
  • Tumeric, salt, pepper as much as needed;
  • Fried onions 2-3 spoons;
  • Tomato paste 2 spoons;
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 grams or so;
  • Large mushrooms 14-16 pieces.

Procedure:

First off start by frying the meat with a little salt, black pepper and Tumeric, when it’s brown add some water and let it cook for a while. When done, add the tomato paste, when the water is minimum add the fried onion and parsley to it. Wash the mushrooms and separate the head of it, add your meat which is now mixed with onions and parsley to each mushroom, make sure it doesn’t come out of it, when done, top it with mozzarella cheese ( as much as you want), I generally love my food cheesy so I add more cheese. Put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is molten and golden.

Enjoy!
