How to make pizza dough?

  1. First, put the flour and salt in one bowl. In another bowl put water and add yeast, so that it can melt in it and then add olive oil. However, make sure that the yeast dissolves in the water by mixing it.

  2. Then, add some flour in the water and keep adding flour, until it starts becoming smooth. If the dough is sticky, add more flour.
  3. After that, put the dough in a bowl, cover it with a nice towel and keep it for at least two hours in a warm place so it can enlarge.
  4. After keeping it for two hours take it if it has enlarged or if it is not, keep it for a bit more. If it is good, you can start rolling it with a rolling pin or a wine bottle if you don’t have one.

  5. Cover the tray with olive oil and put the rolled dough in it. Then, leave it a bit in the tray to check if it would shrink and if it does, fix it, so that it reached every corner of the tray. If all is good, you can put ingredients to your liking.
  6. Finally, you can cook pizza in the oven for fifteen or twenty minutes at 180 degrees. Always check the dough below and see if it is cooked. If it is not, cook it for a bit more.

Traditional Italian pizzas and how to make them

If you would like to cook Margherita you will need tomato sauce, oregano, olive oil, salt and mozzarella. First, add tomato sauce in a small bowl with oregano and salt. Then, spread some olive oil on the dough and after that spread the tomato sauce. Finally, put the mozzarella on top and put it in the oven.

If you prefer Boscaiola you will need mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, ham and mozzarella. First and foremost, cook the mushrooms in a pan with a clove of garlic cut in big pieces. When the mushrooms are ready, remove the garlic and leave them for a bit. Add some olive oil over the dough and then put the pieces of ham on it. Then, spread some parsley and add the cooked mushrooms. Finally, add the mozzarella and put the pizza in the oven. Voilà!
