HALVA WITH PISTACHIO(desert)
-
Hola todos! This recipe is one of my favourite desserts...is a Turkish recipe, a friend learned it to me...all began...when we organized a night with Erasmus,..that anyone could bring different foods from different nationalities...me and some other Greek girls we decided to cook some very common traditional food such as tzatziki, mousaka, ntakos, gemista(i am gonna show you these recipes, stay tuned!)....
-
It was one of my best nights..everywhere around me free food..and a lot of it... I was free to eat like a pig! I was going from one nationality to the other..i tasted everything! Also, as Erasmus students we had a coupon with free beer, I was definitely my best night.
-
Moreover, our greek mousakas won the prize I was ready to cry from happiness... I thought my mother will be so proud of her daughter...when I tasted this pistachio halva from a guy I barely knew...i felt amazed by the strong flavour that came into my mouth and from the texture of pistachio, which I love... I felt a sweet soft...wonderful feeling...
-
Τhat moment, I knew it this guy will be my new friend...because I really wanted to know this recipe... I asked for the recipe and he said no...but a clever woman find ways to take what she wants..so I said I am gonna cook for you mousaka if you learn me to cook halva and he agreed! What a relief!
- So, after a big story, I can transfer you this amazing recipe...You lucky guys
