Exercising in Blush Aesthetics Center
The introduction
Hello everyone, I hope that you are all doing just fine. Now I want to tell you about this Blush Aesthetics Center and how I got there in the first place.
Well, there are these sale web pages, where you can see some great sales about everything and my sister was surfing those stuff when she saw this sale about aerobics and zumba fitness and stuff like that and she sent me the link, where they were offering the aerobics and exercises for 50 laris instead of 100 and that was pretty good, besides, she knew, that I wanted to train somewhere and, though there was this training fitness center just nearby, this one was on sale and I could just try it and see whether I would like it or not. The thing was, however, that I was not close to that center in any ways, I mean, it was really far. It was on Vazha-pshavela avenue, when my apartment was in Varketili and that’s like on the other side of the city, while Vazha-pshavela ave is on the other.
The beginning of the exercises
so, you know these web pages and how they have some sales and you can buy a voucher for those things and pay the discounted price. that's pretty awesome in a way and, besides, you get to know some prices of some things if you are interested and stuff like that, you know. so, that was where I saw this discount about aerobics and I just thought, why not buy that, besides ,it cost just 5 laris to buy the voucher and then you got 50 per cent discount on that aerobics stuff for a month and more particularly, for 13 lessons.
it was just the beginning of December and it was this season of going visiting friends and relatives and eating and drinking and it was really a good idea to go to some exercises and be in a shape or something , because everyone gains some kilogrammes after the New Year and Christmas, as you know. well, this Blush Aesthetics center was a little bit further away, however, I could go there three times a week, that was not a problem at all, because I also had another thing in that area to attend to and those days were just great with each other and it was good for me, you know. so I called them and asked them about the schedule and they told me, that they were deciding about the schedule and asking the members which time they wanted to have exercises at and they told me that they would contact me when they had the schedule. They asked me if 7:30 p.m. was okay with me and that was just fine, so that, I guess, most of the people agreed to that and when they called me, they told me that 7:30 p.m. was the time and the lessons would be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the time would be decided about Saturdays. well, I will tell you that we decided 11 a.m. on Saturday mornings. you know, exercising in the morning is better, than in the evening, I guess, because you are energised the whole day after exercising in the morning. However, exercising in the evenings has its perks, too, I mean, you can burn those calories that you ate throughout the day, but well, I prefer exercising in the morning, I guess, because then you think, that you did something great and you have this feeling of satisfaction and you just get some endorphins in your brain and you are happy and you think, that you can do everything and you are just in a great mood.
So, to tell you the truth, it was somewhere about 20 December when they called me and told me, that they were starting exercises on Tuesday, 20-th of December and the lessons would be at 7:30 p.m. as I’ve already mentioned above and that they would last for an hour. Well, that was a pretty good news, because I just wanted to start exercising, because I wanted to get into shape and lose weight, at the same time. And on those days, I had these Evex lessons, too, at 5 p.m. or something, which lasted for about 2 hours and it was just nearby the Blush Aesthetics center, so that it was a great time to get to the lessons after Evex and I was pretty pleased with my decision, if you want to know the truth.
Then something happened. Well, it was kind of a terrible thing, because everyone had this flu or a virus or something like that and I caught cold, too, and I got that thing and I was really badly affected, because even if I didn’t have temperatures, I was very fatigued and sleepy and had this running nose and things like that and I was just laying in my bed and drinking tea with lemon and honey and taking some pills and, you know how it goes. And since it was really cold outside, I didn’t dare going out, so that I couldn’t go to the exercises either and I called them, of course, and told them about my condition and hoping that I would get there on the second lesson, which was on Thursday, I just waited for myself to get better for the Thursday, however, I still couldn’t go outside and I didn’t really feel better at all and so that I was still in my bed and waiting to get better. Well, after a week, I was feeling much better and I could go to the lectures at the university and I could also go to the exercises and after that one week, I went there on Tuesday and I told them who I was and I showed them that voucher code and paid that 50 per cent discount price. I thought, that because I was absent on those three lessons, they would count them in my one month period, however, then they told me, that the counting of the lessons would start from the day, that I actually came there and paid the money, so that I had those three days not included and I was pretty glad about that, of course.
So, the first day of my exercises started great. To be honest, I was the first one to get there, I mean, I was kind of early, so that no one was there yet, however, I went into the changing room and changed into my exercise “uniform”, though I didn’t know, that we needed some shoes, too, and when the others put on their exercising shoes, I was kind of surprised and asked them whether we needed those ones, too, or not and this lady told me that she was wearing them because she was cold on her feet and I thought, that maybe we didn’t need any shoes. Well, it was not long until I found out about that, so that I just waited for our trainer to come and it was just in a couple of minutes, that she came and got ready for the exercising and stuff. She had this CD put on the DVD player and we had this music and everything and we just started our lesson. There were three of us on that day and they said, that there were more people to come on the next lesson, so that it would be better, because three people is not that fun as two more people at the same time. So, the exercises were pretty cool, I mean, I have exercised for some time at other fitness center _ I went there for a month and I could go there every day whenever I wanted and it was nearby my house and that was very good, if you want to know the truth, however, then I just found this discount on aerobics on the web page and that’s how I got here at Blush Aesthetics center. And, besides that one month, I used to do those HIIT exercises from youtube in the summer and I was pretty determined to lose weight, however, it didn’t really go as I expected, I mean, I kind of ate much, I guess, and then I didn’t exercise after some timeand so on and so forth and here I was now, going to this aerobics lessons and stuff like that, well, not going, but starting to go there as it was just the first lessons yet, of course.
So why I’m telling you all this is because the instructor asked me if I went somewhere for exercising or something like that and I told her about my past exercising and she told me, that I was doing the movements pretty well and that was why she thought that I might have been going somewhere else and that I had some experience in exercising. That was pretty motivating for me, if you want to know the truth, because when the instructor tells you that you are doing the movements right, that’s the main thing, that she can tell you, because, as you know, doing those moves in the right way gives you the results and not just doing them many times or things like that. You know, people think, that if they do some moves a hundred times or more, will be better than doing them 50 times, for example, but the thing is, you should do them in the right way, otherwise, doing them many times or whatever is not going to affect you, because you are doing it wrong and it just doesn’t work that way. That’s what our instructor tells us every single time, when we do the movements in a wrong way and I always try to do my best and do those moves in a right way, because I want the results and if I don’t get the results by doing something wrong, then I should do it right, it’s as simple as that, of course.
Well, the first day of the exercises for me was kind of tiring, I mean, I hadn’t exercised for a month or so and this aerobics kind of killed me there, however, it felt really good to exercise and I was really pleased and satisfied with my exercise. Then , of course, our instructor gave me this information about the eating habits and stuff like that and told me some basic things, that we had to follow and, of course, that we shouldn’t overeat and that I should not eat 2 hours until the exercise, or at least 1 and a half an hour, because, when you are full, you can’t exercise that well and, besides, you burn those calories, that you just ate and not those fats, that you want to burn to get into shape. Well, of course, the best thing you can do is to eat fish, poultry, lots of vegetables and eggs and cottage cheese. That’s just a great plan for a meal when you want to lose weight, however, she thinks, that you shouldn’t restrict things, that you need and you should eat reasonably and not so much, that you exceed the calories, that you actually burn the whole day, I mean, you should eat whatever you want, however, you should balance and control your eating. However, when you are trying to lose weight, there are some restrictions, that you should make, because otherwise it’s pretty hard to lose weight , if you ask me. Well, you should drink plenty of water throughout the day, too, about 2 litres, if you want to know the truth. And drinking a lot of water can be pretty easy, though some people say, that it’s not possible to drink 2 litres per day. Well, you can drink 500 mililitres just in the morning when you wake up and now you see, you have already drank quarter of the whole amount. And you can just drink some water during the day and you won’t even understand, how simply you can drink those 2 litres of water, if you ask me. Well, the tea and things like that is not included in that 2 litres of water, of course. You should also know, that you can eat vegetables after afternoon, however, you should really avoid eating fruits in the evening, I mean, you should just eat fruits in the morning and until afternoon or something like that and after that you can just eat plenty of vegetables, if you want, just not fruits. But the best way is to eat some protein foods, I mean, fish or poultry or things like that.
Anyways, there are many things to consider while trying to lose weight, however, exercising is great in any way, whether you want to get into shape or lose weight or just for the relaxation from the usual working day or whatever. Everyone should go exercising after the working day, however, it shouldn’t be like if you don’t like going exercising, though you really need it or something. It’s better when you have a company or someone with whom you will go exercising, because then you encourage each other and enjoy your exercising, while being alone or not wanting to go to exercise lessons and if you just go there because you feel like you’re obliged to do that, then it’s not that good, because if you don’t want to do something and you are doing it just for the obligation, you won’t have good results in that, if you ask me.
