Eating Kupati

The introduction

Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing just fine!

In this article I want to tell you about Kupati and how to prepare and eat it. This is something like Apkhazura, however, when you look at it thoroughly, you will see the big difference between them. Well, it’s kind of the same for my sister, if you want to know the truth, though they are pretty much different and the preparation is not the same either. I have written about Apkhazura in my other article and now I want to tell you about Kupati and how easy it is to prepare it and how delicious it is when prepared. And you can buy it frozen and already prepared and just put it into a frying pan or something like that and cook it for some time and then it’s done and you can eat it and enjoy your meal. Well, you know, things are pretty easy to prepare nowadays and people just buy some frozen stuff and prepare themand eat them that way. It’s an easy life and everyone wants to save their time and not waste it on preparing some things, which can just be bought at the supermarkets and they can even be better and more delicious, than our prepared ones.

We used to prepare kupati at home and I remember the process of making it and it was not that simple, I must say. However,,we still did it, I mean, my parents prepared it and then we stored it in the fridege in the freezer or in a cellar, where it was cold and everything and then we would just take it out whenever we wanted and cook it in a frying pan and eat it and it was very delicious and we also had this Ajika, which is my favourite sauce and it was all great with each other, and, well, you should not forget about the bread, I mean, georgians like eating too much bread and they don't eat anything without bread, so that there's always some loaves of bread on the table during the meal. Well, to tell you the truth, Georgian bread is very delicious and especially if you have some Shoti, which is a Kakhetian bread and it's long and it resembles that half moon, you know. They prepare it very delicious and when it's hot it's just irresistible not to eat it. Well, that's why many georgians love bread, if you ask me. Anyways, this kupati is a great thing if you want to have something nourishing and tasty at the same time and if you are craving for meat or something like that, it's just for you. You know, it's really easy to prepare frozen kupati and you can find it in almost every supermarket and it doesn't cot much, so that you can just enjoy it, and there are three of them in one package, so that if you don't want the three of them, you can just prepare them like that and leave some of them in the package and put it in the freezer and just prepare them some other time.

Well, as I have already told you, preparing some frozen kupati is not that difficult, i mean, you just need a frying pan and kupati and that's it. You take the kupati out of the package and put it in a frying pan. Well, there are three lupatis there and they are connected with some threads and you can cut them and take that much that you want. Although, you shouldn't really cut the kupati itself, because theb the juice inside will get spilled out and it will be bad, because it gives kupati its taste and if it's spilled out, then it won't be the same, of course. So, when you put kupati into the frying pan, you should have it on a low heat gas and put a lid on it. It needs quite some time to get cooked, though, and my mother usually has it cooked for half an hour or so, so that the whole thing will get all cooked and stuff, you know. You should also turn it around so that it will be cooked evenly and fully.
