Crepes are a delicious dessert for the whole family. I will write a simple recipe with how we prepare it for breakfast. They can be filled with different jams, cheese, mushrooms, chicken breast... It depends on your taste!

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • Five eggs;
  • 300 grams of flour;
  • Two spoons of sugar;
  • A dash of salt;
  • Two spoons of water;
  • Three spoons of oil.

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl crack the eggs, add salt and two spoons of sugar. Blend them until they become homogenous. Then gradually add flour, mixing until it becomes a thick consistency. After this incorporate the milk slowly, avoiding lumps.
  2. The final step for crepe batter is to add oil and water. It should be liquid, without lumps.
  3. If you like thin crepes, you should do immediately, if thick then batter shout rest in the fridge for a half-hour.
  4. To prepare them you should heat the pan with some butter or oil and pour in about a ladle of liquid batter uniformly. Then swirl the crepe with the help of a spatula, and in a few seconds, it will be ready for your breakfast.
  5. Enjoy your meal with different fillings like chocolate, honey or jam.
