Chilean pebre

***A Pebre is a type of Chilean condiment***

A Chilean couple served us this condiment one dinner time. It is easy, quick, easy to make and is really good.

Ingredients

- One large tomato;

- One onion;

- 3 tablespoons of coriander;

- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley;

- One spoon of white wine;

- Oil and water (to taste);

- Bread (preferably a baguette)

- Sausages

Preparation:

Slice the onion and the tomato and put into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cook the sausages over low heat until they're done all the way through.

Finally, to try it, open a piece of bread, put in a sausage with what you've previously made, and then enjoy.

I hope you like it, bon appetite!
