Hey guys, today I made this chicken with carrots and cucumber dish and I remembered that I could share it with you, so let's get started!

Well, to be honest, it was supposed to be chicken with just carrots, but then I decided to be spontaneous and add some cucumber slices in it, and I must say, it turned out great.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 50 grams coriander
  • 300-400 grams mayonnaise
  • salt to taste

Prepatation process

First of all, you should cook the chicken breasts. Put them into a saucepan filled with water and let it boil. When the water boils set the clock on 25-30 minutes and wait. After that time chicken breasts will be ready. And when they are ready, just take them out and let them cool.

Until the chicken breasts are being cooked, you can wash the carrots, cucumber and coriander. You need to grate the carrots. Then you should chop the coriander and cucumber. I chopped the cucumber into thin slices and then I cut those slices into three parts, but you can do however you want to.

When the chicken breasts are cool, or even warm, you can put them in a blender (the one with a knife) and just turn it on for some seconds. You will see the chicken breasts fallen into pieces. And that's it. Or if you don't have a blender, you can just take small parts of the breasts from each other by your hands.

After this, you mix all the ingredients together, add some salt and mayonnaise and mix them together thoroughly. It's kind of hard to mix everything well because of the chicken slices, but don't worry, it takes some time to mix them all together.

So, that's your dish! I bet it's really easy to prepare and very delicious.
