Chocolate Mousse with Blueberries and Yogurt

A chocolate mousse lighter and different that can not please all palates. I like it here.
The inspiration for this recipe came from one of my magazines but when I went looking for the recipe, I could not figure out, eventually making the recipe as I remembered. Still was not bad and I share it here because it is a healthier variant of the traditional mousse.

Ingredients for 4 people:

2 egg whites
100g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate if they do not like black)
125g natural yoghurt
125g fresh blueberries (or raspberries or strawberries or a mixture)

Preparation:

Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler, but without letting him burn. Mix well to ensure no lumps and let cool slightly. Add the yogurt and then if you want to add a tablespoon of sugar or sweetener.
Apart whisk the egg whites and gently incorporate the mixture.
Divide the blueberries by 4 small bowls and pour the mixture over the chocolate mousse. Refrigerate to hold about 2 hours before serving.

Frogurt Orange and lemon Fer

When I saw this frozen yogurt in sauerkraut, I decided I had to do. The citric flavor that I love called me and did not rest until I saw the ice cream maker.
The ice cream is really tasty and you can almost eat without guilt. You know the holidays in tropical destinations! I loved it!

Ingredients:

3 natural yoghurt

1 lemon
sweetener, sugar or honey to taste
1 sprig of mint

Wash orange and lemon and the help of a grater grate whole shell of both fruits, after squeezing the juice.
Chop the mint leaves as finely as you can and add the zest and juice of orange and lemon. Add the yogurt and stick with a wire wrap the whole mix. Add sugar to taste, honey or powdered sweetener (I used sweetener).
Put the mixture in ice cream maker later and turn. Spent about d e20 minutes has this delicious yogurt ice cream.
For those who do not have ice cream, you know how to do: mix the freezer, and 2 in 2 hours beating the mixture to break the ice crystals until you get the desired consistency.

Bon Appetite!

Tuna and Pasta Salad With Yogurt Sauce

Salads are now reference to the food table. Vegetables and salad vegetables, salads, legumes, rice salad, but also the pasta salads.

Light Cream and Chocolate Bailyes

It's actually more a clear recipe! I really have many clear frozen and walk a contract to get rid of them.
This time I tried to do a sort of chocolate mousse. It was quite good, and the fact that it does not take the same yolks very light. The touch of Bailyes also worked very well.

Ingredients for 4 people:

6 egg whites
6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
6 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener
2 tablespoons of Bailyes

Preparation:

Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer. Once you begin to rise, but are still in castle, combine sugar and chocolate, carefully stirring constantly. Also add the Bailyes and msiture again.
Divide the mixture in individual bowls and serve immediately. If it is not to serve immediately, store in the refrigerator and, before serving, stir with a wire rod and then put in individual bowls, this is normal because the light is starting to separate after some time of rest.

But I also like being careful with what I eat. Am careful planning of meals the ingredients with excess fat and sugar. I like to switch meals of fish and meat, eat lots of vegetables, salad and soup.
And so, on occasion, give me to prepare some desserts lighter not to lose the thread!

Grilled Fruit with Yogurt Sauce

In continuation of simple and tasty food, here is another suggestion.
As my grandparents sent me homemade peaches and plums, and abundance was much, decided to turn the fruit into a different dessert, but without removing her role. This was what came out.

Ingredients for 2 people:

2 peaches
4 plums
1 natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons of liqueur Beirão (or other)
1 pinch of cinnamon
juice and zest of 1/2 orange
sugar to taste (or sweetener)

Preparation:

Beat the yogurt with cinnamon, liqueur, orange juice and zest and sugar to taste. Reserve.
Wash the fruit and cut it in half, removing the pit carefully so as not to break the halves. If you want sprinkle the fruit pulp with sugar.
Heat a grill well and then put the halves of peaches and plums, with part of the pulp side down. Let caramelize. Turn the fruit and let stand 1 minute.
Remove the fruit to a serving plate and drizzle with the yoghurt.
Serve then, or after cold!
