What is it like to live in Vigo? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Vigo is a quite disperse city, testimony of wrong urban politics, anyway, the city is located in the Ria de Vigo, what is clearly visible over the harbour ("El Nautico"). In my opinion the potencial of Vigo, is what is around it: Canngas, Bayona, Canido, Cies Island... etc just thoose places r linked to the geographical reality of Galicia, which is really appreaciated.

Not much, maybe a little bit more than a Portuguese city, but not biggie comparing with any other European city.

I've never been on that situation, but I think wont be big deal.

Vigo is an oceanic city, so go throw seafood if you can, probably one of the best in the world due to the tough (Rock and brave waves) coastline of Galicia.

I would recommend, the heart of the town, "La Piedra", there u can get tapas of whatever, or even eat regular dishes, don't forget to try Ostras, in that place they are so typical, and fabulous.
