How did you find living in the town of Vigo? Do you recommend it? What is the town like?

Vigo is a very pretty town, situated in the north of Spain, next to Portugal. There are a lot of beaches and the gastronomy is excellent. I recommend visiting.

The student life is very good too. Next to the University of Vigo there are cafes and restaurants where students can hang out.

The cost of living in Vigo is not very expensive.

Is it difficult to find accomodation in Vigo? Do you have any advice?

It is not very hard to find accomodation in Vigo, because there are student residences next to the University. Students can also live with a famnily if they want.

What is the food like in the town? What are your favourite meals?

The food in Vigo is magnificent. We have the best seafood. My favourite meals are Cocido gallego and Pulpe a feira (octopus).

What places would you recommend seeing in Vigo?

I recommend visiting the 'Islas Cíes' and the 'Castrelos' park. They are very interesting.

My favourite places to eat out are by the sea, along the old city of Vigo.

What places would you recommend for a night out in Vigo?

I recommend going out to El Naútico and Vinos too. All the students go out on Thursdays and Fridays.
