Why did you choose to go to Vigo, Spain?

As an only option in Spain.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

What is the student lifestyle like in Vigo?

The best! Great people, great food, the beaches you will never stop loving (of course, if it is not raining).

Would you recommend the city and the University of Vigo to other students?

Yes.

What is the food like?

The best, all you can find in the central europe plus a selection of seafood, fish and fruit.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Vigo?

No.

How much does it cost to live in Vigo?

200 euros including internet.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I have already known Spanish before, therefore I cannot say.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Vigo from your city?

Not the most economical, but by plane I am there in 5 hours usually.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Vigo?

The centre, bar Brazil and surroundings.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Vigo?

I like the series of cafes Dona cafe or something like that, one of them is facing sirena statue and the other is near to plaza America.

Than I like bar Brazil and similar places near by.

And I really love this cafe bar restaurant on plaza America, al lado del centro comercial, está situado en la esquina donde avenida de las Camelias, entra en la plaza America.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Well, depends, but Museo del Mar surely should be visited.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Vigo in the future?

Go for more than a half year, returning every year gets costly, so that the best way is to stay the longest time.
