Heaven on Earth - Naples, Italy

I have never thought that I could fall in love with a place so easly. I spend a weekend in Naples, Italy and I felt like I have win a very big competition. I would take the same decision if I could choose again.

Naples, generally speaking, is not so impressive, at least for me. It is very chaotic and a little dirty. But the food is very good and it has a good price. I ate at a restaurant near the Naples train station called Lucignolo Bella Pizza, with a very good pizza and beer. Even if the city is a little different what is near is definitely amazing. I visited some parts of Naples and besides this I was in Capri Island and I had the honor to visit Pompeii.

Capri is the most beautiful island I have ever seen. I don't think that there are enough words to describe this. Some pictures can describe what I cannot. From Naples you will travel by ferry-boat one hour till you get to Capri. All the island is very clean and the food is great. If you will have the chance to arrive there I recommend you to do the tour of island by boat, you will love that. I do not have enough words, as I said, so I will attach some picture.

Pompeii was the deepest experience. Both impressed me in a different way. Capri Island impressed me through elegance and beauty and Pomepii through history and construction.

For those who do not know what was Pomepii: Pompenii was a Roman city close to Naples. After the eruption of the Vesuvius volcano, the city of Pomepii was completely destroyed covered with a thick layer of ash. After many years it was rediscovered and in this moment is the most beautiful archaeological city.

You will need a whole day to visit it. It is very big, with a lot of construction. The tax is not very expensive, if you are a student under 25 years old you will pay 2 euros (is necessary to prove with documents if you are a student) or if you are over 25 years old you will pay 15 euros.
