What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
You eat very well in Munich and it is not so expensive. The best food is the traditional Bayerisch food: Bretzel, Knödel, Spätzle, etc! (Or from Austria: Wiener Schnitzel, Kaiserschmarn, etc) But there also are a lot of very good Italian, Greek and Turkish restaurants.
What places would you recommend visiting in Munich?
The shopping street from Marienplatz to Sendlinger Tor, Stachus and the Englischer Garten which is a beautiful park. I also recommend the Biergarten in the summer because they are very nice place to eat or just spend time outside!
