I would say you can live well with a buget of 700 euros.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Munich? Is there any advice you can give?
Housing is Munich is very competitive, since it is a very welcoming city for international students. The best advice I could give would be to go to Mensa student restaurants (there a couple of them around town) and look for students ads on the walls. Many students offer rooms to other students and they advertise in the student areas.
