WORST RESINDECE EVER / LA PEOR RESIDENCIA

DO NOT BOOK THIS RESIDENCE!!!! HOME 2 STUDENTS IN LISBON (Avenida Joao Crisóstomo or Avenida Duque de Avila)

Unless you want to live like in JAIL..

- Videocameras everywhere; abusive fines without sense (for example: 50€ for leaving a glass on the table and you will pay it for real, in cash and without a receipt)

- More rules that I could ever imagine (you can not stay in the common areas after 11pm.. therefore I don´t know for what are they meant to be, you can not invite more than 2 people and only until 11pm, and letting them now BEFORE 7pm, otherwise they will fine you 90€ per person )

- Worst attention by the owners, they only care about money and they are the ruddest people I have ever met (they didn´t want to talk to us when we were more than half the people in the residence unhappy about the situation, when they finally did they yelled at me and they were so agresive that they even made me cry)

- Also you can not use most of the things they offer and supposedly incled in the price (laundry, billiard, tablefootbal, proyector...) unless you notice them with 1 day in advance and you also PAY for it.

- The living room and library where the same place, so you could not study if someone was watching tv, also we couldn´t stay long in that room because it was freezing (there was no heating)

- In addition, you will have to pay for extra electricity in your room and you could not sleep or stay there for a while without turning on the heat. My windows were old and broken that they use to open suddenly, I told them to fix it, they did it 2 months later...

- They also changed the price of my monthly rent and the deposit once I got there, without even letting me know.

IN SUMMARY, they will try to CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING and make your stay the worst as possible. I have proofs of everything (pictures, conversations, abusive contract...) if you want to contact me for more information.
