What is it like to live in Lisbon? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

As one of the cities with 7 hills, this natural characteristic creates some of the best views you might see in the portuguese capital. Full of "miradouros" where you can spend and enjoy your time with friends

What is the student lifestyle like in Lisbon?

The transportation network makes you be close to everything, most of the cases you can even go back home for having lunch and get back to clases after.
The amount of choices for partying is huge, you can either go to bairro alto pink street or Santos area depending on the mood and what you're looking for.

How much does it cost to live in Lisbon?

Well, a bit more expensive than some years ago, but still, you can have your fridge full of food with something like 35€, you can buy 0,5L beer for 1,25€-2€ at bairro alto

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Lisbon? Is there any advice you can give?

it's not difficult to find accomodation in Lisbon, i do have lots of rooms available for students every semester and i always get some good feedback from... look for CIA houses at marques de pombal

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Bacalhau, Carne de porco à Alentejana, Migas and lots of good soups

What places would you recommend visiting in Lisbon?

Belém, Parque Eduardo VII gardens, riverside, Baixa, Alfama...

Is it good to eat out in Lisbon? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

rugby is my favorite sport... Tapada da Ajuda close to Monsanto area has the best field inside a big beatifull forest, just like a "paradise" in the middle of a big city

Is the nightlife good in Lisbon? Where is good to go?

Lux, Urban Beach, Lust...
