Why did you choose to go to Lisbon, Portugal?

Lisbon wasn't actually my first choice of my Erasmus destination but I couldn't go to the other places and I had to go to Lisbon but apparently God was with me and I am so happy that destiny led me to this magical city full of awesome people and experiences!

What is the student lifestyle like in Lisbon?

I had the best student lifestyle that anyone could ever wish for! Beach, parties and, of course, a little studytime also.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Lisbon to other students?

The best thing about not going to Lisbon for your studies is that you don't know what you are missing! Because if you would know it would hurt soooo much!

What is the food like?

Ha! What a question... "What is the food like? " That's as if someone would ask me how the weather is like in Hawaii; of course it is awesome!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Lisbon?

No, it was easy, I was really lucky!

How much does it cost to live in Lisbon?

I had a budget of +/- 500€/month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

The language courses were available at my university but as I am Portuguese I didn't take them but I lived with foreign people and they learned fast because they were willing to learn the language and were open minded!

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Lisbon from your city?

By plane.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Lisbon?

Urban Beach and Lux Fragil!

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Lisbon in the future?

Just go! Don't you even think twice! Unless you don't want to have the best time of your life.
