Why did you choose to go to Lisbon, Portugal?
because I was learning portuguese at school and wanted to improve
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
The scholarship is depending of your classes, as I stood 5 monthes I got 150*5 euros
What is the student lifestyle like in Lisbon?
Amazing, a lot of parties and activities.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Lisbon to other students?
Yes
What is the food like?
you have a lot of different kind of food, very international restaurants. But you can also go to local restaurant which are really good and cheap
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Lisbon?
no
How much does it cost to live in Lisbon?
I was spending 350 euros for my rent, and approximatively 10 euros per day for food/parties/activities
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
very difficult because everyone wants to speak english with you. They are some courses available but you have to pay extra
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Lisbon from your city?
plane
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Lisbon?
Urban beach best club for commercial musik, if you prefer elektro go to luxx
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Lisbon?
my favorite international place was: zerozero an italian restaurant with nice place outside to eat
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
I prefer to discover the cities around and walk into lisbon to get lost in the city
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Lisbon in the future?
go to cascais for a day, rent a bike and spend the day on the cost
