How much does it cost to live in Lisbon?
the rent is a little bit expensive, but compared to other european capitals, it's good. If you cook in your house, ingredients from grocery shops and supermarket are really cheap.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
I'm not taking portuguese lessons, it's my personal choice.

I'm in doubt about going there and I have got the position from erasmus for 6 month in portugal.
my question is that I dont know yet about the money that I will receive from erasmus. you mentioned 600 euro, is it monthly? and is it same for all erasmus students there?

Hey Nisrine,
My exchange program is not part of the Erasmus ones since i'm from Morocco, it's more an agreement between my home university and a Portuguese university. So when i was talking about the 600 euros, it's the amount that my parents send me, so i don't know how much the Erasmus students receive per mounth.
